This is a free sewing pattern for tiered wide-leg pants, designed with three gathered layers for a voluminous and stylish look. The tiers create a flowing silhouette, making these pants perfect for summer wear, loungewear, or festival outfits.
We recommend using lightweight fabrics such as cotton lawn, rayon, voile, or chiffon to achieve beautiful drape and movement. The waistband is elasticated for comfort and easy sizing, so you can choose your size based on hip and length measurements.
Since there is no zipper or button closure, this design is beginner-friendly. A sewing tip: after gathering each tier, divide both the tier and the piece it will attach to into four equal sections. Match these marks before sewing for an even and professional finish.
After printing, align the joining lines, cut out the pieces, and start sewing. The pattern includes a built-in seam allowance (S/A), so you can use it as is without adding extra margins.
The production process is explained with translation software.
