This free sewing pattern is for a double-breasted short coat. The pattern includes seam allowances, so you can use it as is without adding extra margins.
The coat has a slightly fitted silhouette. If you plan to wear thick layers underneath in winter, we recommend choosing one size larger for a comfortable fit.
This is a base coat pattern with a simple design—there are no pockets or lining included. You can customize it by adding pockets, lining, or decorative details according to your style and needs.
Please note: the button placement differs between men's and women's coats. Adjust the button positions, buttonholes, and decorative buttons accordingly.
After printing the pattern, align the pages along the guide marks, tape them together, and cut out the pieces. Seam allowances are already included for immediate use.
This pattern is perfect for making a custom double-breasted short coat, casual outerwear, or tailored jacket for both men and women.
The production process is explained with translation software.
