This free sewing pattern is for a full-circle train skirt, designed to create a dramatic, flowing silhouette perfect for formal wear, cosplay costumes, and stage outfits. The train extends elegantly behind, adding movement and elegance to your look.
The pattern is sized so that when using wide-width (W-width) fabric, pieces can be cut on the fold for a cleaner finish and reduced seam lines. For the best results, choose a fabric with both drape and a bit of structure, such as satin, taffeta, or medium-weight crepe, to maintain the skirt’s shape while allowing graceful movement.
A 22 cm (9-inch) invisible zipper is required for assembly. Seam allowances are already included, so you can cut and sew directly without alterations. After printing, align and tape the pages along the matching lines before cutting.
This skirt is ideal for weddings, stage performances, period costumes, and fantasy-themed outfits. The timeless full-circle design ensures beautiful volume while the train adds a luxurious touch.
The production process is explained with translation software.

We operate this site with your cooperation.
(1) Serging the sides of the "Front Body" and the "Back Body", and applying anti-stretch tape at the zipper position.
(2) Sew the sides of "Front Body" and "Back Body" together and press seam allowances open with an iron.
* The zipper side should only be sewn up to the seam stop.
(3) Serging the hem of the "Body", fold up 0.5 inch and sew it with a sewing machine.
* Serging on the bias is also recommended since the hem is inevitably visible.
(4) Sew an invisible zip at the zipper position.
(5) Sew the belt in place.
