This free sewing pattern is for a classic pencil skirt designed with four darts—two in the front and two in the back—to create a sleek, fitted silhouette. The simple, elegant lines make it a versatile piece for both casual and formal outfits.
The pattern requires a 22 cm (approximately 9 inches) invisible zipper for the back closure. It is suitable for beginners who are ready to try sewing garments with darts and a zipper.
Seam allowances are already included, so you can cut and sew directly without additional adjustments. After printing, align and tape the pages along the matching lines before cutting.
Perfect for those looking to create a timeless wardrobe staple, this pencil skirt pattern is easy to customize in different fabrics, lengths, and colors for various occasions. A great project to practice precision sewing while making a stylish garment that fits you perfectly.
The production process is explained with translation software.
