Here is the pattern for the stand collar coat with a flat collar line, as requested.

The stand collar features a structure where craft wire is inserted to stabilize its shape.

(4) Make a "Hard fusible interlining" by sewing handcraft wire, then apply it to the "Collar stand." Sew with the neckline side open, shape with an iron on the reverse side.
