Here is the pattern for the sailor collar with puff sleeves.

The sailor collar section features a simple structure where you just sandwich it between the main body and the facing, making it easy for beginners.

(8) Serge/overlock the sides of the "Sleeve", gather at the armhole and hem, stitch the sides together, and Press seam allowances open with an iron.

(9) Attach the "Cuff" to the "Sleeve" while sandwiching it.

(10) Attach the "Sleeve" to the front piece, Serge/overlock it.
