Here is the pattern and instructions for making a blouse with a sailor collar that flares from the bust to the hem, rather than following the body's lines.
This blouse features an open zipper closure at the front.
The collar section of the pattern includes a stand collar, giving it a slightly three-dimensional feel.
Only the patterns for the chest piece and the blouse with collar, as seen in the reference photo, are included.
After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.
The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

(2) Apply fusible interlining to both the "Collar" and "Collar stand" and sew them together.
* Sew the "Collar" with fusible interlining to the "Collar stand" without fusible interlining, and sew the "Collar" without fusible interlining to the "Collar stand" with fusible interlining.
* If the fabric at the sewn part of the "Collar" and "Collar stand" is protruding, make notches to settle it down.
(3) Layer the "Collar", stitch around the perimeter, turn it inside out, and press with an iron to settle.
* Make notches in the protruding fabric before turning it inside out to settle it down.
* If it doesn't settle well with an iron, process it with topstitch.
* It's easier to make by first sewing the parts to be sandwiched in the "Body".
(4) Stitch the shoulder and side of both the right side and lining of the "Body" together, and Press open the seam allowance with an iron.
(5) Fold around the neck by 1cm (0.5in) inward, sandwiching the "Collar stand" part of the "Collar" and sew.
(6) Stitch the hem and press with an iron to settle.
(7) Apply fusible interlining to the "Cuff", stitch the sides to form a loop, and Press open the seam allowance with an iron.
