This is a pattern for a genuine overall skirt.
Structurally, it's a skirt-type overall, so it's not as difficult as it looks.
There's also no zipper, so it's recommended for those who struggle with zippers.
Basically, use a stitching thread different from the fabric color and add decorative stitches to finish it off.
Adding original decorations such as back pockets with decorative stitches can make it even cuter.
After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.
The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.
The production process is explained with translation software.
(1) Apply fusible interlining to the "Extension parts", "belt", "belt loop", and "facing".
(2) Sew together the left and right sides of the "shoulder strap" (symmetrical).
(3) Sew along the 5mm line on the inside of the "shoulder strap", then turn inside out and shape with an iron.
(4) Fold the outside of the "shoulder strap" by 1cm, then secure with decorative topstitching.
(5) Fold the sides of the "Front bodice" with an iron into 3 folds, then secure with decorative topstitching (symmetrical).
(6) Sew together the center of the "Front bodice", then Serge/overlock and fold to one side.
How to Serge/overlock (sewing machine & overlock sewing machine)
(7) Fold the top of the "Front bodice" into 3 folds with an iron, then secure with decorative topstitching.
(8) Create a chest "pocket" and attach it to the "pocket" position on the "Front bodice" with decorative topstitching.
(9) Sew together the center of the "Back bodice", then Serge/overlock and fold to one side with an iron.
(10) Fold the sides of the "Back bodice" into 3 folds with an iron, then secure with decorative topstitching.
(11) Sew together the "shoulder strap" and "Back bodice", Serge/overlock, then fold the seam allowance (S/A) downwards and secure with topstitching.
(12) Sew the "belt" to the back of the "Back bodice", then turn inside out and shape with an iron to make it easier to insert the skirt back.
(13) Sew the "Front bodice" to the front of the "belt", then turn inside out and shape with an iron to make it easier to insert the skirt front.
(14) Fold the "Extension parts" along the fold lines, sew along the stitching lines, then shape with an iron.
(15) Attach the "Extension parts" to the left and right positions of the skirt back, ensuring they are 2mm offset from the stitching line.
(16) Create back pockets and attach them to the back of the skirt.
(17) Begin creating side pockets on the left and right of the skirt front.
* Follow the steps up to stitching the sides of the pocket and securing the side of the skirt (Refer to Side pocket sewing method URL).
* As the pocket opening of this Side pocket is curved, make incisions in the seam allowance (S/A) where the fabric is turned inside out.
(18) Serge/overlock the outer side of the "facing", fold along the fold line with an iron, align with the front "facing" position, and secure with topstitching.
* When securing, offset by 2mm from the stitching line (symmetrical).
(19) Sew together the center lines of the skirt front and back, Serge/overlock, then fold the seam allowance (S/A) to one side.
(20) Temporarily secure the side pocket parts, "facing", and "belt" loop with the "belt" before inserting.
(21) Serge/overlock the sides of the skirt, then sew up to the Sewing stop position, and press the seam allowances open with an iron.
* Use tacks on the side parts of the pocket opening (Refer to Side pocket sewing method URL).
(22) Serge/overlock the hem, then fold back 3cm with an iron and sew on a sewing machine.
(23) Insert the skirt into the "belt" and sew together, then secure the perimeter of the "belt" with decorative topstitching.
(24) Create buttonholes at the buttonhole positions and sew buttons while confirming the button positions.
(25) Create the "belt" loop and sew it to the "belt" loop position.
(26) Attach jeans suspender hooks and buttons to complete.
