This is a sewing pattern and tutorial for a basic dress shirt.
This pattern was created in response to many requests for a basic shirt to match the Basic Pants pattern.
It features a collar with a collar stand, a double-layered back yoke, and cuffs with sleeve plackets.
You can make many types of shirts, such as a white TC broadcloth shirt, a checkered everyday shirt, or a winter shirt using thicker fabric.
After printing, align the pages along the guide lines, paste them together, and cut out the pattern pieces. Seam allowances are included, so you can use the pattern as-is.
*Please press all sewn seams with an iron.
(1) Apply fusible interfacing to the Collar, Collar Stand, and Cuffs.

*A double-fold hem without edge finishing may also be used.
