This is a pattern designed specifically for cosplay, not for an authentic Gojo kesa.
For slimmer men, the women's size F might offer better stability when worn.
Please use fabric with stiffness and thickness when making the garment.
If using a thinner fabric, please apply a thick interfacing.
Only basic instructions for the construction are included on the pattern.
After printing, please cut along the joining lines. The seam allowances are already included in the pattern, so you can use it as is.
The production process is explained with translation software.
* If the fabric lacks stiffness, the garment may lose its shape, so if you're using a thin fabric, please use a thick interfacing.
(1) Fold the vertical pattern, horizontal pattern, bias for the body, side ties, shoulder straps, and shoulder strap loops along the fold lines with an iron.
(2) Sew the horizontal patterns onto the designated horizontal pattern positions on the body.
(3) Sew the vertical patterns onto the designated vertical pattern positions on the body.
(4) Sew the shoulder straps, side ties, and shoulder strap loops with a sewing machine and finish them.
(5) Layer the lining on the body and temporarily secure it with basting stitches around the edges.
(6) Sew the body bias to the body using a bias tape technique.
(7) Sew the shoulder straps onto the designated attachment positions on the surface of the body.
* It is recommended to secure them with the lining to maintain the shape.
(8) Sew the side ties and shoulder strap loops onto the designated attachment positions on the back of the body.
* Secure them with a blind stitch.
