This is a sewing pattern for a sailor hat made with four top pieces.
You can make it cute by adding a ribbon decoration or bias trim around the brim.
After printing, align and paste the pages along the matching lines, then cut out the pattern. Seam allowances are already included, so you can use it as is.
(1) Sew two top pieces together, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch.
(2) Sew the remaining two top pieces together, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch.
(3) Sew the two half-circle parts together, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch.
(4) Apply fusible interfacing to the wrong side of one brim piece.
(5) Sew the outer and inner brim side seams into loops, and press the seams open with an iron.
(6) Fold the edge that will be sandwiched by 1 cm with an iron to shape it in advance.
(7) Sew the outer and inner brims together, turn them right side out, and press flat with an iron.
(8) Insert the brim between the top pieces and sew them together.
(9) Finish the raw edge of the seam allowance, fold it inside, and secure it with hat tape or similar.
