This is a free sewing pattern and tutorial for petticoat shorts.
These short, simple pants are designed to be worn under skirts or dresses, especially those made with sheer or lightweight fabrics. They help prevent transparency and give a smooth, modest silhouette.
The pattern features a basic, dart-free design, making it quick and easy to sew — perfect for beginners. It is drafted based on hip measurements, so please select the pattern size according to your hip size indicated in the instructions.
Once printed, cut along the join lines. The pattern includes seam allowances, so you can use it immediately without adding extra margins.
The production process is explained with translation software.
