This is a free sewing pattern for a long-sleeved kimono, simplified for cosplay use. The pattern does not include lining, but it follows authentic kimono drafting methods and includes the "ohashori" (extra fabric fold) for proper wear.
Basic sewing instructions are printed directly on the pattern sheets. For a fully authentic kimono, we recommend using a Japanese dressmaking reference book to guide your sewing process.
The listed size reflects the drafting measurements used in this pattern. Because this is a large-scale pattern with many sheets, we suggest checking the total page count before printing. After printing, align the sheets along the join lines, tape or glue them together, and cut out the pieces. Seam allowances are already included, so the pattern is ready to use.
The production process is explained with translation software.
