Here's the pattern and instructions for making a hooded cape (outerwear) with an oversized hood.
Since the cape is slightly shifted to the right, the pattern will be asymmetrical on both sides.
Simply sew together and add buttons and buttonholes, making it a beginner-friendly cape pattern.
I don't think you'll find commercially available patterns with hoods this extremely large.
This design will be specialized for cosplay costumes.
If your sewing machine doesn't have a buttonhole function, you can use Velcro instead of buttons.
After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.
The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

* When making with a lining, turn each pattern piece over and cut the same number of pieces from the lining fabric.
* When attaching the lining, the easiest way is to first make the hood, then sew the cloak with a bag seam, sandwiching the hood into the neck area, and turn it inside out.
(1) Serge/overlock and sew along the dotted line (A) of the "Hood," then press the seam allowances open with a stitch.
