This free sewing pattern is for a wide round-neck short-sleeve T-shirt, perfect for both casual wear and cosplay costumes. Designed for knit fabrics or 2-way stretch materials, it offers comfort, ease of movement, and a stylish open neckline. Seam allowances are already included, so you can cut and sew immediately.
Just like basic crew-neck or V-neck T-shirts, wide round-neck patterns are surprisingly difficult to find—especially for cosplay projects where an exact neckline shape is needed. This pattern is ideal for creating a relaxed, open-neck style that works well for stage costumes, casual outfits, or custom printed T-shirts.
The included version is short-sleeved, but you can easily extend the sleeve length to make a long-sleeve version for cooler weather or specific costume designs. The wide round neckline also layers beautifully with jackets, cardigans, or dresses.
Beginner-friendly and quick to sew, this project is great for first-time makers as well as experienced sewists. After printing, simply align the pages along the matching lines, tape them together, and cut out your fabric pieces to begin sewing.
The production process is explained with translation software.
