This is a free sewing pattern and tutorial for a short, fitted princess seam dress.
The shoulder straps include extra length so you can adjust them to fit your body shape perfectly. The neckline is designed to be slightly higher to prevent slipping from the shoulders, but you can modify the pattern to create a wider neckline if desired.
The pattern is originally designed to be worn with a decorative petticoat underneath, making the skirt very short and playful. The flare is modest, so pairing it with a lightly flared petticoat creates a cute and charming look.
This style is ideal for cosplay costumes, stage outfits, and special events where a youthful and fun silhouette is desired.
Once printed, cut along the join lines. The pattern already includes seam allowances, so it is ready to use without adding extra margins.
The production process is explained with translation software.
