This is the sewing pattern and tutorial for a Baseball Shirt.
Please use a fabric with a little firmness when making this garment.
If you plan to use it as a baseball uniform, numbers and team logos can be applied neatly by using iron-on transfer sheets.
The shirt looks better when worn slightly loose, so we recommend making one size larger than your usual size.
This pattern is designed with bias binding as a decorative detail. If you use bias binding, baste along the bias line before sewing.
If you do not want bias binding around the edges, sew the facing directly instead. In that case, seam allowances will be required.
After printing, align and tape the pages together along the assembly lines, then cut out the pattern pieces. Seam allowances are already included, so you can use the pattern as it is.
* If you will attach numbers or team marks, apply them before starting to sew.
* Iron-on transfer sheets (see the related link) are convenient for attaching numbers and marks.
(1) Finish the raw edges of the shoulder and side seams of the front and back body, sew them together, and press the seam allowances open.
