China hat Sewing Patterns | DRCOS Patterns & How To Make

This is a sewing pattern for a Chinese hat made with six top pieces to create a rounded, full shape.

It looks stylish if you embroider letters or designs on the belt part.

This pattern is perfect for Halloween , cosplay, or other events.

It may not be often used for everyday clothing, but it’s fun to make and wear for special occasions.

After printing, align and paste the pages along the matching lines, then cut along the pattern. Seam allowances are already included, so you can start sewing immediately.

(1) Sew two base pieces together, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch along the seam.

(2) Sew another base piece to the joined part, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch in the same way.

(3) Repeat steps (1) and (2) with the remaining three base pieces to make two half-circle sections.

(4) Sew the two half-circle sections together, press the seam allowance open, and topstitch along the seam.

(5) Sew the sides of the hat belt together, press the seam allowance open with an iron, fold both long edges inward like bias tape, and attach the belt to the base.
