This is a free sewing pattern and tutorial for a sleep mask, with seam allowances (S/A) included for beginners.
The design is simple, made by sewing bias tape all the way around the edge. Use bias tape 1 cm to 1.5 cm wide, folded in half before attaching.
Refer to the detailed size chart for each pattern size to calculate the required length of bias tape before purchasing.
For practical use, be sure to use a light-blocking fabric on at least one side of the mask to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
This pattern is suitable for both functional sleep masks and cosplay accessories.
After printing, align the pages along the guide lines, cut along the edges, and the pattern is ready to use.
The production process is explained with translation software.
