The chart is in A3 size, so please print it at a reduced scale if using smaller paper sizes.
Basic assembly instructions are included directly on the pattern sheet.
This is the pattern and knitting chart for a narrow-knit linen bag. The bag body is crocheted using linen yarn, and the inner lining is made from linen fabric.
I used a 7.5 mm crochet hook. The yarn amount was approximately eight skeins of beige, two skeins of navy, and one skein of green (purchased from an inexpensive craft store).
The challenging part is creating the inner lining because the finished knitted size can vary depending on the person’s tension and technique. The lining must be drafted to match the finished bag size.
The lining pattern includes a formula to calculate the correct scaling based on your finished measurements. By printing the pattern at the calculated scale, the lining will fit perfectly.
After printing, align the sheets along the dotted lines, paste them together, and cut along the outline.
The paper pattern already includes a seam allowance (S/A), so you can use it without adding extra margins.
