This is a pattern for a simple A-line dress with a V-neckline.

It's primarily constructed to be processed on the bias, but it can also serve as a simple and versatile base material for various alterations.

In the reference costume image, a belt is attached, but the pattern includes only the dress portion, without patterns for accessories like belts.

It's also recommended for making tunics or layered dresses.

After printing, paste it according to the pasting line,Cut and use.

The pattern has a seam allowance, so it can be used as is.

*The bias used in the reference photos on the website is made using a Bias Tape Maker 50mm.

How to sew bias tape

(1) Sew the darts of the "Front bodice" and defeat darts with an iron

How to sew darts

(2) Serge/overlock the sides of the "Front bodice" and the back center line and sides of the "Back bodice"

(3) Apply stay tape to the zipper position of the "Back bodice"

(4) Sew the back center line of the "Back bodice" up to the sewing end position, and press seam allowances open with an iron

(5) Attach an invisible zip to the zipper position

(6) Sew together the sides of the "Front bodice" and "Back bodice", and press seam allowances open with an iron

(7) Bias process the "Body hem"

* You can also finish the "Body hem" using methods other than bias processing to achieve a cute look. Please adjust according to your preference and the desired image.

(8) Perform bias processing on the armhole

* After bias processing the armhole, cut off any excess bias protruding at the tip

(9) Perform bias processing on the neckline

* When biasing the neckline, perform the bias processing at the position where the ends of the body meet
