(10) Sew the sides of the "belt" and turn it inside out.
(11) Align the skirt with the baste position of the "belt" and stitch it while tucking in the "first ruffle".
* Attaching the "first ruffle" to "skirt based" beforehand makes sewing easier.
(12) Attach Hook And Bar Eye or Button.
